Getting Started
iServe Plus with Dojo combines the functionality of iServe with the capability to accept card payments directly on All in One Android devices. This reduces the need for a secondary payment terminal during order & pay at table scenarios, meaning in addition to existing ordering functionality, merchants can now process payments within a single device. iServe Plus with Dojo uses NFC technology to enable customers to make secure, quick transactions by tapping their contactless-enabled cards, smartphones, or wearables against the device.

For customers who use the Data Bureau Service a request should to setup the new payment method can be sent by email:
The request, should specify the date the method is required by and the iServe theme it is to be applied to. The lead time for this request being completed is 3 days.

Support
Should you encounter any issues during the setup or use of the All in One Device, please contact Dojo support through the same channels currently used for your standard Payment Devices. Dojo will assess the issue, provide support as needed and where necessary, engage Zonal to assist.
App Upgrades
Application upgrades follow the established path for iServe and customers will have new app deployments pushed to their All in One devices as soon as new updates are available.
